Applications are now open for the 2027 LIT Navigate Mentorship Program.

Navigate is a 2-month virtual program designed for emerging leaders in the transit industry who are ready to grow with intention. Over six sessions from February to March 2027, you'll work alongside a facilitator to:

• Set clear career goals and build your Individual Development Plan
• Identify skill gaps and grow your professional network
• Strengthen your personal brand and leadership skills
• Get more involved in the industry through associations, conferences, and committees
• Explore career paths in public transportation
• Build habits for well-being as you plan your next steps

Each session is structured so you always know what to prepare, what you'll discuss, and what comes next. It's a focused experience that centers your voice and supports your own leadership journey.

The program is offered at no cost to active LIT members. Non-members are welcome to apply for a $250 program fee.
