​The position is responsible for leading effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels to align the organization’s strategic priorities with its sourcing strategies. This position oversees a team of procurement professionals and a high volume of procurements with large dollar amounts frequently involving federal funds. Daily work includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing all types of contracts, including capital construction, professional services, contracted services, system analysis, maintenance agreements, information technology, cybersecurity, service level agreements, audits, management, planning, performance management, janitorial, property maintenance, and more.
